The brand "Data OPP", the brand "Data Hope" as well as any associated distinctive sign, are trademarks owned by the group (Data OPP S.à r.l. or Data-Hope SL according to the registrations). Any unauthorised use may constitute an act of infringement.

The service operated jointly by Data OPP S.à r.l. and Data-Hope SL consists of connecting users (individuals or professionals) with business partners. Data OPP S.à r.l. is responsible for the collection and initial acquisition of leads; Data-Hope SL is responsible for the telephone qualification of contacts via its call centre. The telephone qualification activity concerning consumers residing in France is carried out in compliance with the prior consent regime established by law no. 2025-594 of 30 June 2025. The commercial relationship that may be established between the user and a business partner following this connection is the sole responsibility of these two parties. Neither Data OPP S.à r.l. nor Data-Hope SL are parties to or guarantors of this commercial relationship, nor of the commitments made by the business partners towards the users.

Except in cases of gross negligence or fraud, neither Data OPP S.à r.l. nor Data-Hope SL can be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to or use of the site, or the inability to access it.

Any request regarding the exercise of rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) can be sent by email to dpo@data-opp.com or by postal mail to the registered office address, for the attention of the Data Protection Officer. In accordance with Article 26(3) of the GDPR, your request will be processed indiscriminately on behalf of Data OPP S.à r.l. or Data-Hope SL; you do not need to submit separate requests to the two entities.

8. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The present Legal Notices are governed by Luxembourg law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Luxembourg, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable at the consumer user's habitual residence (notably, for users residing in Spain, the ability to bring proceedings before the Spanish courts under the conditions provided by Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).

For consumer users residing in France, the mandatory provisions of French consumer law, including law no. 2025-594 of 30 June 2025 and articles L. 223-1 and following of the Consumer Code relating to telephone marketing, apply notwithstanding the choice of Luxembourg law.

Data OPP S.à r.l. and Data-Hope SL reserve the right to modify these Legal Notices at any time. The date of the last update is at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to regularly consult the current version.
