Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small pieces of text sent by our servers to your computer or device when you access our services. They are stored in your browser and then sent back to our servers so that we can provide contextual content. We use them to support your activities on our site, for example, to maintain your session or keep the contents of your basket.

Cookies also help us understand your preferences based on your activity on our site (pages visited, language, country) in order to provide you with tailored services. We also use cookies for audience measurement and to improve our services.

2. Data controllers of cookie data

The cookies placed on your device when visiting the site are jointly placed by Data OPP S.à r.l. (Luxembourg) and Data-Hope SL (Spain), acting as joint data controllers within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR, as well as, where applicable, by the third parties identified in the table below.

For the complete identification of each controller, the user is invited to consult the Legal Notices and the Data Protection Policy, accessible from all pages of the site.

3. Legal basis for the placing and reading of cookies

In accordance with Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy") and its national transpositions (Luxembourg law of 30 May 2005 on electronic communications, Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI — Ley 34/2002), the placing and reading of cookies on your device are subject to your prior consent, except for cookies that are strictly necessary for the provision of a service explicitly requested by you.

Your consent is collected via the cookie management banner (Consent Management Platform) that appears on your first visit. This banner allows you to accept, refuse, or customise, purpose by purpose, the cookies placed.

In accordance with the guidelines of the CNPD, AEPD, and EDPB (guidelines 03/2022), refusing cookies is as simple as accepting them. You can modify your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "Manage my cookies" link present at the bottom of the site.

Distinction of consents (law no. 2025-594). The consent to the placement of cookies collected via this banner is distinct from the consent to commercial prospecting by telephone. The acceptance of cookies, including advertising or tracking cookies, does not in any case constitute consent to be solicited by telephone: the latter is collected separately, specifically names the advertiser(s) concerned and complies with the conditions of Article 6 of the General Terms of Use, in accordance with law no. 2025-594 of 30 June 2025 applicable from 11 August 2026.
