The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, particularly in the fields of energy renovation, lead generation, and digital marketing.
The objectives
Identify, qualify, and engage professional prospects interested in our lead generation services..
The missions
Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and driving the B2B sales strategy
- Prospecting new clients in France and across Europe
- Managing the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with internal teams
- Providing regular reporting to the executive team
- Actively contributing to a performance- and results-driven culture
- Tracking KPIs, measuring the ROI of actions, and optimizing processes
- Proactively suggesting improvements to our sales methods
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Qualify customer needs
Must Have
- 2 to 5 years of successful experience in business development, ideally in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or lead generation
- Strong closing skills and confidence in negotiation
- Structured and autonomous mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Fluent in French and English – Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency with automation tools, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and Excel

- Proficiency in additional languages

Working Conditions
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Salary: Competitive fixed gross salary (depending on experience) + highly attractive performance-based commissions
- Location: Barcelona, with remote work option
